It is almost ten weeks since we collected our Nissan X-Trail from your shop following repairs after it sustained very significant damage in a road accident.
Firstly, I must say that neither my wife nor I have found a single thing amiss. Everything works as it did on the day we took delivery from the dealer. There are no signs of paint colour variations, uneven doors, or any of a host of problems that invariably follow motor body repairs after an accident. It is as if nothing had happened to our vehicle. And that is saying something since I have to admit that we can be very critical people.
Secondly, we must thank you for the courtesy, thoughtfulness, assistance and professionalism during the time our vehicle was under repair. Every person we dealt with in your establishment was unstintingly polite and considerate. The twice weekly progress reports over December when you were clearly very busy and your efforts to provide a courtesy car when there was great demand for them were much appreciated. But keeping an employee back over the five week Christmas and New Year break to do the finishing touches just so we could have our vehicle back before you reopened after the break was extraordinary.
Thirdly, we must congratulate you on the spotlessness of your premises and the clockwork precision with which you conduct your business. When one considers the nature of the work done there and the vagaries of chasing up spare parts, one can only be amazed.

From the initial telephone call to Eddie in your office, and then yourself which followed, until completion of the repairs, when I picked my vehicle from your office earlier today, the professionalism that you and your staff demonstrated throughout the entire process was nothing but exemplary and of the highest standard, and I would gladly recommend your business to anyone without reservation.
